Please note that each garment is made especially for you. Therefore, the estimated delivery time includes both the manufacturing process and shipping:
Production time: up to 3 to 4 business days.
Standard Shipping: 6 to 7 business days.
In total, the estimated time from purchase to delivery can range from 6 to 14 business days , depending on your location.
Tracking your order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your package.

CHANGES!
At JOCANA , each garment is made especially for you, according to your measurements, tastes, and details. Therefore, we do not carry inventory or mass produce , which allows us to guarantee a unique and exclusive design with each order.
Once the purchase is confirmed, we immediately begin making your garment. For this reason, we do not issue refunds or cancel orders.
✨ However, we understand that adjustments or special needs may arise, so we do offer exchanges for size or fit , as long as we are notified within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We only ask that the garment be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or alterations.

WARRANTY AND QUALITY
At JOCANA , each garment is made with quality materials and careful manufacturing techniques. Our commitment is to ensure you receive a beautiful, well-made design.
That's why we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, which covers only manufacturing defects , such as sewing flaws or structural imperfections in the garment.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse or improper washing.
Normal wear and tear.
Changes in the customer's body that affect the fit of the garment.
Fabric previously chosen by the client and accepted in the manufacturing process.
